An Affiliate program is an internet based tool for marketing products through websites. In this program, you are rewarded for every visitor that makes a purchase from Healthmakers Online Store as a result of being redirected to the Online Store from a linking banner on your website. (If you don't have a website, Healthmakers will offer you a free site). In addition, you will automatically participate in the Multi-tier program that allows you to earn additional cash when other affiliates join the program via your recommendation.

The requirements for participating in the our Affiliate Program are:
1. A website
2. Clickable links on your website. (These are in the form of either banners, images or product links).

What if I do not have a website?
If you do not have a website, Healthmakers will provide you with a free website. You will have to pay a nominal rate for hosting the website on a webserver.

If you do have a website then all you would need to do is choose one or more banner links supplied by Healthmakers that need to be integrated into your website.

Multi-tier Affiliate Program
The good news is that as an Affiliate you are automatically registered into the Multi-Tier program. This is how this exciting program works.

Scenario
1. You as a registered Affiliate with Healthmakers have banners on your website (www.you.co.za)
2. You encouraged your friend Mary (or Mary saw opportunity banner on your website) and she became an Affiliate with Healthmakers banners on her website www.mary.co.za
3. You then encouraged Mary to put an affiliate opportunity banner on her website and as a result her friend Jack became an Affiliate with Healthmakers banners on his website www.jack.co.za
4. Mary then encouraged Jack to put an affiliate opportunity banner on his website and as a result his friend Peter became an Affiliate with Healthmakers banners on his website www.peter.co.za

So we now find that you have developed a Multi-tier of affiliates under you that looks like this:

How can I benefit from these affiliate tiers?
Let us assume that customer A comes to Peter's website and purchases an Oscar Juicer to the value of R3000.00. Peter who is an affiliate will receive a commission of R300,00. As a result of this Jack, who introduced Peter to the program will receive 20% of his commission (i.e. R60.00), because Mary introduced Jack to the Program she will receive 20% of Jack's R60.00 (i.e. R12,00). Finally because you introduced Mary to the Program you will receive 20% of Mary's R12.00 (i.e. R2.40).

So this is how the commissions went.

Jack received R60,00
Mary received R12,00
You received R2.40

Expanding your Vision

Terms and Conditions
Affiliate sales of products and accessories found on The Healthmakers Online Store will qualify for a commission when your customer clicks on the Healthmakers link (banner) on your website and places the order through the Healthmakers online store.

Commissions paid to Affiliates
Commission rates are dependent on the partner plan that is offered to you. The % commission is calculated on the net sales amount for equipment and accessories found on the Healthmakers site. The term "net sales" means amount actually paid to Healthmakers for purchases made, excluding amounts attributable to VAT and shipping and handling charges. Commissions will be paid monthly on those sales on which Healthmakers has received payment in full and verified that goods have not been returned by the customer. In the event that a commission has been paid to you and we have to refund payment to a customer in respect of the products or accessories to which the commission relates, we will set off such sum against future commissions due you, or we may demand repayment from you. The commissions to be paid under this Agreement may not be assigned by you to any third party.

Relationship of sale between the Customer and Healthmakers
Customers purchasing products and accessories through the Affiliate Program will be deemed customers of Healthmakers. The goods are invoiced and delivered directly to your customer by Healthmakers. All Healthmakers rules, policies, terms and conditions and operating procedures concerning customer orders, customer service, and Healthmakers product sales will apply to those customers. We may change our policies and operating procedures, including pricing, at any time. We will solely determine the prices to be charged for Healthmakers products sold under the Affiliate Program in accordance with our own pricing policies. You may not include price information on your website other than pricing information that is made available on the Links we provide to you. Prices and availability of Healthmakers products may vary from time to time. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to present accurate information, but we do not guarantee or warrant the availability or price of any particular product.

General Terms & Conditions
Publicity/Use of our name
You cannot create, publish, distribute, or print any material that makes reference to Healthmakers or uses our name or any of our trademarks, or trade names for any marketing or promotional materials, whether print, broadcast or electronic, without first submitting such material to Healthmakers cc and receiving our written consent. Healthmakers Affiliates are also prohibited from displaying in fairs, trade shows, and exhibitions or any public forum where Healthmakers is present or displaying. Healthmakers Affiliates may NOT place the name Healthmakers, Healthmakers product names, Healthmakers Free Shipping, any Healthmakers trademark or trade name, or any derivative thereof in internet page titles, domain names, or meta-tags. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU PERMIT, ENABLE OR ALLOW THE NAME Healthmakers, ANY OF Healthmakers' TRADEMARKS, TRADE NAMES, PRODUCT NAMES, OR ANY DERIVATIVES OF ANY OF THE ABOVE TO LEAD DIRECTLY TO ANY OTHER WEBSITE ON THE INTERNET!

Relationship of parties
The parties to this Agreement are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. Members of the Affiliate Program are "independent businesses" and are not considered to be employees or agents of Healthmakers. As an independent business, you are in no way authorised to represent or to make claims for or on behalf of Healthmakers, directly or indirectly, written or otherwise expressed, or to bind Healthmakers in any way without the prior written consent of Healthmakers. All advertising, literature, etc. of Healthmakers products must be pre-approved in writing by Healthmakers. We are not responsible for any content or information other than that which is produced by us, and then only so long as the same has not been altered or used inappropriately. You will not make any statement, whether on your website or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in this section.

You are responsible for all of your own expenses and all income tax and VAT which are payable or required for you to conduct your activities under this Agreement and you shall keep Healthmakers indemnified accordingly.
Disclaimers

We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate network or any Healthmakers products sold through the Affiliate network (except our standard product warranty), including without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or any implied warranties arising out of course of performance, dealing, or trade usage. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our website will be uninterrupted or error free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
Website eligibility

We may reject your Application if we determine in our sole discretion that your website is unsuitable for the Affiliate Program. By way of example, websites that contain material that is harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, explicit, harassing, or racially, ethically, or otherwise objectionable will be deemed unsuitable. This includes websites that promote explicit materials, violence, discrimination(whether based on sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age) or illegal activities that infringe or otherwise violate any copyright, trademark, trade name, or other intellectual property rights, or are unsuitable for linking to any Healthmakers website or which may bring Healthmakers into disrepute.

Promotion of our Affiliate relationship
It is an explicit part of these Terms and Conditions that you install the code required to display a minimum of one banner that will create a link to http://healthmakers.co.za on your website. We will be responsible for providing the information necessary to allow you to make appropriate links from your website to our website; however, any links that are not provided to you by Healthmakers or it's representatives must be approved in writing and in advance by us.

Purchases from the Healthmakers Online Store
We will be solely responsible for processing orders placed on our website by a customer following a Link from your website. We will be responsible for order processing, payment processing, shipping, cancellations, returns, and customer service related to the purchase.
